GEL PRINTING

Local multimedia artist Helen Farina will show participants the basic principles of gel printing & how to use a gel plate to create monoprints. We'll experiment with mark-making tools to create interesting textures and designs, and create a series of botanical prints using different techniques.
All materials included, and participants will take home their own 5x7 gel plate!

Payment is due in advance. We can accept credit card via phone or e-transfer to admin@qa-w.ca or you can pay in person at the shop. Your spot is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation policy: Stuff happens. We totally understand that despite your best intentions, you may not be able to attend because life. If you cancel at least 4 days in advance of the workshop, we can give you a full refund. If you cancel within 4 days of the workshop, we will refund 75% of the fee.
Miscellaneous information: Masks of any kind are welcome, but not required. Masks are not provided. People may eat/drink at any time. This event takes place indoors. Due to the size of the space, social distancing will not be available. The workshop is limited to 8 participants. This location is wheelchair accessible. There is a sink for handwashing available on-site. Please bring your own hand sanitizer if you wish. Rapid-testing is not required before attending this event. Vaccinations are not required.
