Join artist Lisa Hau for a fun afternoon of creativity and exploration! This mixed-media workshop invites you to dust off your art supplies and dive into the freedom of playful experimentation.
You’ll start by making your own sketchbook, then fill its pages with expressive mark-making, collage, mixed materials, and paint — a true choose-your-own-adventure experience! Together, we’ll explore how different mediums interact — acrylics, inks, pastels, pencils, and more — while learning techniques for layering, texture, and expressive freedom.
Designed for all levels, this workshop encourages curiosity, looseness, and joy in the process of creation itself!

Payment is due in advance. Your spot is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Cancellation policy: Stuff happens. We totally understand that despite your best intentions, you may not be able to attend because life. If you cancel at least 4 days in advance of the workshop, we can give you a full refund. If you cancel within 4 days of the workshop, we will refund 75% of the fee.
Miscellaneous information: Masks of any kind are welcome, but not required. Masks are not provided. People may eat/drink at any time. This event takes place indoors. Due to the size of the space, social distancing will not be available. The workshop is limited to 8 participants. This location is wheelchair accessible; however, the bathroom is not. There is a sink for handwashing available on-site. Please bring your own hand sanitizer if you wish. Rapid-testing is not required before attending this event. Vaccinations are not required.
